Stamp Review Crew: Balloon Celebration Edition

Welcome! This is an exciting time of year for demonstrators. The preview of the next catalog just happened this weekend at the On Stage events across the world! It is definitely time for a little Celebration, and we are here to do just that with Balloon Celebration! This fun and whimsical set does coordinate with the balloon punch also.     I like the CAS card. I'd like to ask..... What to do with the "wheel" stamp! ! ?

      Could you and your crew use that "wheel" stamp for a look at what the whole crew comes up with. I am at a total loss as to what to do with this other than for a background.
